I am currently seeking a Manager, TBM/CPIC to support a Federal client in all aspects of education and outreach, data collection, budget reporting, IT investment portfolio submissions to Folio, and benchmarking. Position will be 100% telework/virtual until we are back on client site, which is near L'enfant Plaza in Washington DC. This role will have daily interaction with high visibility projects and across 15 bureau organizations. In addition, the Manager, TBM will be responsible for helping to ensure that newly proposed IT investment business cases are presented compliant with use of TBM for all projected life cycle cost estimates, as well as help ensure that new procurements are designed to be consistent with TBM components at the tower and cost pool level.
