Hi All!
I'm curious where/how each of you have represented your Merger and Acquisition efforts within the taxonomy? Have you put this as a technology or business service? What terminology have you used to describe the efforts to evaluate and execute on a merger or acquisition? Does the service have offerings specific to lines of business (Technology, HR, Legal, etc.) or just one service to represent the entire thing?
I've got some ideas, but curious what has already been done and how you/your organizations have approach. Appreciate any insights.
