Where do you have your video room service offerings?
So far we have had ours under End User Services -> Communication & Collaboration -> Communication -> video room A service offering, video room B service offering etc.
Recently we have hade an internal discussion where some people are suggesting they belong under Shared & Corporate -> Property & Facility -> Workspace Services. The reason being they are not consumed on a by user basis but by the organisation. Our argument against is that video rooms are a means of communication, by video, not part of the stationary AV equipment.
So my question to you is where in the services structure do you have your video room service offerings? And what are your reasons for that?
