Welcome to the Mentorship Program! If you're on this page, chances are you want to search for a Mentor - first, you must enroll as a Mentee.
We recommend that the mentor and mentee agree on a schedule that works best for both of you. The typical arrangement is 1 hour per month. You will be able to choose a 6 month or 1 year mentoring relationship. To get a better understanding of our program, please read the FAQ here.
After enrolling, will find mentors using a search of Mentoring Topics and other criteria from mentors’ profiles. Once you find a desired Mentor, you can send a Mentor Request. Check your TBM Council Inbox for the mentorship approval notifications; you will also receive these via email.
Here are the steps to successfully complete your Mentee enrollment:
- Sign in to TBM Connect, if you haven't already (click "sign-in" in the upper right hand corner of this website, if it's your first time logging in, you will need to set up a password)
- Choose the Mentoring Topics for which you would like to make yourself available.
- Choose an Start Date for which you want to engage in mentorship
*Don't forget to hit save!
You can review and/or update your Specialties and Interests, Industry, Job Role and TBM Career Stage below. These are the same properties as those on your profile page; any changes you make here will be reflected in your profile as well.
