TBM for the Modern Enterprise: The Evolution of the Discipline - meeting recording & slides enclosed
Introduced more than 10 years ago, Technology Business Management (TBM) was born out of the need for technology leaders to have a management system to drive their technology operating strategy. At its core, the TBM discipline gives visibility into technology spend to provide common ground and enable a collaborative partnership across teams for prioritizing resources and achieving business outcomes. In this session, TBM Council Standards Committee members, Carl Stumpf and John Wilson, shared how over the past few years TBM has evolved to ensure leaders are able to accelerate digital initiatives, embrace the cloud, and communicate today’s complex technology landscape. In our next Open Forum, attendees will participate in an interactive discussion on the ways TBM is enabling digital strategies for today’s modern enterprise.
Meeting Agenda:
Note: The TBM Standards Committee maintains and governs the TBM Taxonomy as well as the extensions and other deliverables created by Strategy Communities. As part of our TBM standardization initiatives, the TBM Standards Committee hosts a quarterly Open Forum that encourages open dialogue and feedback on the topics presented.
