A Year of Growth, Innovation, and Impact
As 2024 draws to a close, we reflect on a year of significant achievements and milestones. The TBM Council has been instrumental in shaping the future of Technology Business Management (TBM), driving innovation and thought leadership. We're proud of the accomplishments we've achieved together.

Community: Our global community thrived, growing to over 18,000 members across 70+ countries. We welcomed new leadership, including @Matthew Guarini as Executive Director, @Zahid Arain as General Manager for Asia-Pacific, and @Laura Walsh as Chair of the Board of Directors.

Collaboration: We honored 8 outstanding organizations with TBM Council Awards and our annual TBM Conference attracted 800+ attendees. We also hosted 10 global in-person events, 20 virtual networking events, and facilitated knowledge sharing through 14 Strategy Communities and Special Interest Groups.

Research & Standards: We enriched our resource library with 11 new assets, including ebooks, toolkits, taxonomy extensions, and a new maturity assessment. We also conducted 15 insightful TBM surveys, including the annual State of TBM survey.

Education: We offered 60 virtual learning opportunities, including TBM-Agile, TBM-Cloud, and TBM Executive Primers, taught in English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian.
We're excited to unveil TBM Framework 2.0 and Taxonomy 5.0 in mid-2025. These updates, reflecting the TBM Council's modernization efforts, will empower organizations to maximize technology's business impact. In the coming year, we'll deliver more knowledge, expand learning opportunities, and foster a thriving global community through strategic partnerships and global events.
