Hello,
I am trying to understand the rationale behind some solutions, Capacity Management being one of them.
In our organization, the capacity management practice is performed by each of the application teams, with the support of the hosting group.
I find difficult to split activities/cost to this solution in particular. Ie, what is a capacity management cost, versus the operational cost to run an application or a service?
May someone please shed some light on what activities/cost you typically associated to this solution?
