On March 30th, 2016 the IT COST Commission presented the findings recommended for Federal CIOs to use when measuring and communicating the cost of managing the business of IT. Recommendations included a standard taxonomy, investment best practices, key metrics, and other aspects of Technology Business Management (TBM).
This meeting provided commission participants a chance to give feedback and ask clarifying questions before the final report is released.
