TBM Framework & Taxonomy

Hi all, please note that the TBM Council has initiated a TBM Maturity model process with our Executive Advisory Board members. I wish to thank @Amy Byalick Bill Kasenchar ​​and @Jack Bischof for taking a lead role with me in driving this effort.

We will build upon previous efforts, such as the TBM Index v1 (independently) and v2 (with McKinsey), the KPMG Readiness Assessment, and others.

As Bill was directly involved in the Federal IT Spending Transparency Maturity Model (referenced in other comments), we will incorporate lessons learned there as well.

We hope to publish a draft in Q1 of 2021 and we welcome any and all input along the way.

Take a look at the Maturity Model developed through ACT-IAC.  IT Spending Transparency Maturity Model is Now Available | ACT-IAC (actiac.org)
Let me know if you have any questions on it.  I have some team members who participated in development of it, as well as used it within their organizations.
