Job Title: IT Business Analyst 2
An IT Business Analyst 2 at Arvest utilizes a variety of tools for process analysis and requirements development and documentation. They will be part of a product team focusing on customer facing applications modernizing the future state of Arvest. An IT Business Analyst 2 quickly understands the business area's needs and strategies to be able assist in delivering valuable solutions. They are detail-oriented, logical, and analytical, and enjoy helping the organization improve operations and solve important business problems.

What You'll Do at Arvest:
• Lead analysis and assessment of business operations and processes to identify opportunities for automation and/or process efficiencies.
• Assist with the development of business cases and solution proposals including ROI, and other financial analysis.
• Elicit, analyze, and document the requirements of a product using various methods.
• Manage risk analysis and issue management.
• Communicate clearly to the business units, project manager, technology teams, and support teams.
• Support development of user training.
• Propose, implement, and manage the implementation of solutions that meet business requirements
• Mentor more junior business analysts.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience required

• Ability to assess and validate if a solution has fulfilled the requirements and stated business benefits of the initiative, using analytic tools and metrics
• Use data and automation to improve effectiveness and implement solutions
• Flexibility to work with a dynamic team
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members
