We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Business Analyst to drive the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework and ensure alignment between technology costs, business outcomes, and value realization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities, financial acumen, and a passion for optimizing IT investments. They will act as a bridge between finance, IT, and business stakeholders, developing models, insights, and recommendations that shape business strategies and financial decisions.
The Business Analyst is a key member of the Technology Business Solutions (TBS) team within the Technology & Operations (T&O) Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy (EAS) organization and reports directly to the TBM Director.
Responsibilities
• Lead the development and implementation of cost allocation methodologies and IT financial transparency initiatives.
• Analyze technology spend vs. business value to provide data-driven recommendations based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and utilization.
• Proficiency in requirements definition, documentation, and gathering to drive specific KPIs and/or outcomes.
• Develop and maintain business cases for IT investments, evaluating ROI and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Support IT budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with financial planning.
• Build chargeback/showback models that demonstrate cost transparency and accountability.
• Build and maintain Run-the-Business (RtB) vs Transform-the-Business (TtB) TCO models that demonstrate cost transparency, consumption, and accountability.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and IT teams to optimize vendor spending.
• Develop and support TBM and T&O KPIs and financial metrics that track IT cost efficiency and business impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve IT financial governance and spending discipline.
• Provide regular executive-level reporting and QBR data on IT financial performance and key insights to support key meetings.

> TBM Data Analyst
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technology Business Management (TBM) Data Analyst who will support the establishment and maturity of our TBM practice. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical competencies paired with passion for problem-solving. We are looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and drive execution and progress of their own tasks. The TBM Data Analyst is a member of the Technology Business Solutions (TBS) team within Technology & Operations (T&O) Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy (EAS) organization. This position will report directly into the TBM Director.
Responsibilities
• Identify and gather the data requirements needed to deliver TBM capabilities and reports
• Present findings, recommendations, and opportunities for process improvements and automation to senior management and stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional partner and governance teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Design and deliver complex business models to include TCO models, business cases, show back and trade off studies.
• Support TBM Director in selecting, delivering, and managing the TBM platform
• Design and build analytical models and dashboards to interpret large complex data from various sources, derive conclusions, and communicate insights and build workarounds/assumptions where data gaps are present

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to oversee the operational framework, governance, and execution of the Technology Business Management (TBM) practice. This role is instrumental in driving tactical meetings, process efficiencies, governance adherence, and TBM tool administration, ensuring that the TBM function operates with consistency and delivers measurable impact.
The Business Operations Lead plays a critical role within the Technology Business Solutions (TBS) team and works closely with finance, IT, business pillar teams, procurement, and executive leadership to establish TBM best practices and streamline operations.
Responsibilities
• Drive governance of TBM process implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise best practices.
• Oversee TBM tool administration and governance, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Develop and manage TBM playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate TBM reporting cadence, providing insights to key stakeholders.
• Drive change management and communications initiatives to promote TBM adoption across business units.
• Define and track performance metrics, KPIs, and operational benchmarks.
