Responsibilities:
- Participate and lead in the design, development, and implementation of the Technology Business Management (TBM) Model, Architecture and Data across Cost Pools, Towers, Services and Bills of IT
- Build effective User Interfaces that are simple, yet powerful allowing end users to drill down into data and gather insights into their IT related costs
- Support the Director of the TBMO with the execution of the strategic roadmap and TBM Office of Global Technology & Knowledge
- Develop reports for GT&K's stakeholders based on user requirements
- Design and document processes and procedures for use by the TBM Team, users and administrators
- Support the team in day-to-day operational activities, support, enhancements
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience as an Apptio System Administrator and executing custom solution in TBM Studio
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- Proven industry experience in business management, information technology and/or financial services industries, management accounting and computer application systems
- Software Deployment/Development experience, working collaboratively with multiple admins & existing processes in the system
- Understanding of IT infrastructure domains including data centers, network/communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage and application development
- High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
