We are fortunate enough to be able to meet in-person in small gatherings during the TBM Conference North America Highlights Tour. At the Washington DC event, U.S. Customs & Border Patrol, winner in the Public Sector Excellence in TBM category, accepted their award in-person - attached are photos of Sonny Bhagowalia, Assistant Commissioner, Office of Information & Technology and Chief Information Officer and Patty Howell, Director, Financial Management Division accepting the award.We can't wait to get together in-person with all of the TBM Council members soon.
