This position performs complex financial and budgetary analysis involving IT systems and IT procurement in the IT Contracts and Finance Unit within the Office of CFO. Duties include preparing and maintaining financial reports for DPHHS' major IT systems; tracking and regularly reporting on DPHHS IT Procurement expenditures; preparing budgetary forecasts for IT across the Department; preparing financial reports related for regular leadership review; performing variance analysis on IT systems expenditures; identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvements; identifying and driving process improvements including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and financial dashboards; and increasing productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
