Enroll as a Mentor

Thanks for serving your fellow members by enrolling as a Mentor!

TBM Council Mentors are senior professionals and executives who would like to give back to this community and who have knowledge they would like to share. You can contribute as much or as little time as you have to give and you will be in control of accepting mentees and the number of mentees. To get a better understanding of our program, please read the FAQ here.

Mentees will find mentors using a search of Mentoring Topics and other criteria from mentors’ profiles. Once they find a desired Mentor, they will send a Mentor Request. You will receive mentor requests in your TBM Council Inbox, you will also receive these via email.

To successfully complete your Mentor enrollment:

  • Sign in to TBM Connect, if you haven't already (click "sign-in" in the upper right hand corner of this website, if it's your first time logging in, you will need to set up a password)
  • Choose a Start Date and the Maximum Mentees (number of mentees) you are willing to support at any one time. 
  • Choose the Mentoring Topics for which you would like to make yourself available.

*Don't forget to hit save!

You can also review and/or update your Specialties and Interests, Industry, Job Role and TBM Career Stage below. These are the same properties as those on your profile page; any changes you make here will be reflected in your profile as well.

Only Executive and Practitioner members are able to enroll as a mentor at this time.

If you are flexible with your length of mentorship, you may select both options to increase your chance of matching with a mentee.
