Question on obtaining the certification. A prerequisite to certification is obtaining a referral letter from either a direct supervisor or TBM certified professional attesting to a candidates fulfilment of requirements. The note in the TBM Certification course syllabus mentions this letter needs to be attached at the time the on line exam is taken and that there is a sample template for that letter that is available in the same location as the on line exam. Would it be possible to obtain that template letter prior to taking the exam so that it can be supplied to the supervisor before hand so that during the exam that letter can be submitted in its preferred format to expediate the certification process?

This was a prerequisite before but is no longer valid.  We are working with the education team to get this removed from training and where ever else it is located!
